I’m a Storytelling Mentor, rapper and spoken word artist operating at the intersection of business, technology, and pop culture.

My career began in Sales at Google Brazil before I joined Instagram as its first hire in Latin America, where I scaled the platform’s largest international community from scratch.

Today, through Speak Dreams, I partner with startups, Fortune 500 companies, founders, next gen talent and C-level executives to shape high-stakes narratives. Trusted by leaders and teams across Google, Meta, The White House, Block, Waze, Cargill, The Brazilian Paralympic Committee, Fundação Lemann, CazéTV, Parquet Capital, Suzano, CBA, and Vega Sports.

My own creative work directly fuels my advisory practice. As a pop, rap, and spoken word artist, I collaborate with Latin Grammy-winning producers, Oscar-nominated sound designers, and directors behind Netflix Top 10 hits. My personal projects include The Living Room Tour—an intimate fusion of music, storytelling, and performance—and Chloé & Valentina, an acclaimed independent audio series.

Giving back remains central to my mission. I founded the Speak Dreams Mentorship Program, a global volunteer initiative that has matched 84 women across continents to build connection through narrative and community, earning a 9.9/10 life-impact rating from participants.
